Lieve Pantera,
Zo'n lange tijd was jij al
in het asiel. In de tekst over jouw
eigenschappen stond dat je het leuk vond om
uit je kennel te ontsnappen en dan heerlijk
naast de boom bij de patio in de zon te gaan
liggen en genieten.
Het is ons niet gelukt om
jou te helpen een thuis te krijgen.
De lieve mensen van het
asiel La Bienvenida vonden jou 's middags
bij de rondes op jouw favoriete plaats in de
zon en jij was niet meer wakker
geworden.
Mooie dame, we hopen echt
dat er in het hiernamaals heel veel zon
schijnt!
